Bit of a strange day today. Writing about computer games, most gamers would think, is pretty easy, no? Well, when you write on forums about it, then yes, I guess it is. Writing about the games coming out, your favourite way of playing, what’ll you’ll do in it and so on and so forth. Short Thought
Ok, ok. So, “Facebook” is a bit of silly name. I mean, you’re not going to literally put your face in a book- although considering the kinds of people who use these soc-nets, I wouldn’t be surprised. Anyhow, yesterday I was in the process of writing up some more of an assignment handed to me during the lecture, when I saw an acquaintance in the lecture sitting next to me log on onto Facebook. KABOOM! BOOM! KASPOW! DUH-DUH-DUH! EERRGGHH! Mission Complete… For days when games were as simple as example above. However, they aren’t and that makes me *weep*- which of course it doesn’t, but on to the main point. Right, away from me sobbing over the lost quality of games over the last half-decade or so, I have come to realise that there is one thing that will remain and will still remain to be more comedic and explicit as ever. I know that seems a strange question because at this time it seems a lot of games are coming out and they soon might be recognized as a true art form.
